Our Projects
Iwak
The Iwak people were originally animists in their belief. Animals were for offering in their rituals to please gods.
However, many have embraced Christian beliefs due to missionaries' efforts and government support. Their shift to Christianity has led to significant changes, raising animals is only one of their livelihood, though few still practice animistic traditions. They now focus on education and learning to keep up with the lowlanders and work hard for the future of their children.
