Kagayanen

The Kagayanen, an ethnic group residing primarily in Palawan Province, specifically Cagayan Island, Busuanga, Coron, and with some presence in Iloilo province, speak the Kagayanen language.

Their roots are deeply intertwined with Cagayancillo in Palawan, a place known for its historical sites attesting to Spanish colonization. Cagayancillo, a coastal municipality, is often referred to as a hidden paradise within the island province of Palawan.
