Our Projects

Manguangan

Manguangan culture emphasizes unwavering commitment to one's words and promises.

When someone in the Manguangan community makes a commitment, they have a strong tradition of following through on it. This commitment is evident in various aspects of their lives, such as when building a house, for which they consult tribal leaders and perform rituals involving the shedding of blood from a white chicken to ensure success. Upon the completion of tasks or projects, a celebration is held to express gratitude, often featuring the sharing of food with neighbors.
