Our Projects
Mansaka
The Mansaka people, whose name means "the first people to ascend the mountains or go upstream," use a traditional cooking method called "liorot" to prepare meat and root crops.
Their language presents challenges in writing due to variations in word pronunciation, particularly in the first 2 or 3 letters. Notably, they exclude the letter 'H' from their words, such as "Esus" for "Hesus" in Cebuano.
