Naneng
Naneng, named after the local term for 'flood,' was established in the 1920s when the village endured flooding from the Chico River.
Despite the challenges, the community's houses proved resilient against the floods. Notably, Naneng has upheld a longstanding weaving tradition dating back to the 18th century, with skilled weavers like Patricia Balawan, a 'sumisinnun,' contributing to its cultural heritage.
