Paranan
Paranan, also known as Palanan, is a language spoken in the northeastern coastal regions of Isabela, Philippines, and it belongs to the Northern Luzon language group.
The Paranan people sustain their way of life through hunting, fishing, rattan gathering, and trading with neighboring lowland communities. They are sometimes referred to as lowland Negritos, and their language shares mutual intelligibility with certain Agta dialects, showcasing the rich linguistic and cultural diversity of the region.
