Surigaonon

Surigaonon is an Austronesian language with regional significance, spoken by the Surigaonon people across several areas in the Philippines.

This language is primarily spoken in the provinces of Surigao del Norte, Dinagat Islands, Surigao del Sur, and in parts of Agusan del Norte, particularly in the communities near Lake Mainit, Agusan del Sur, and Davao Oriental. The Surigaonon language is deeply rooted in the culture and origins of these regions, reflecting the rich linguistic diversity found across the Philippines.
