Tinongrayan, the land of the Tongrayan Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in Tinglayan, Kalinga, holds a significant place in the heart of the Philippines.
These indigenous communities have proudly proclaimed their territory in the vast expanse of Mt. Taungay, fondly known as the Sleeping Beauty, as Indigenous Communities Conserved Territories and Areas (ICCAs). This designation represents their deep-rooted connection to the land, underscoring their commitment to preserving their heritage and unique cultural identity.
