Wawaanon

The Wawaanon people, speakers of one of the Agusanon languages, inhabit the regions near Wawa River, adjacent to Agusan River, particularly in the municipality of Esperanza, Agusan, and Bayugan City.

Through Oral Bible Translation efforts, it has contributed a significant milestone in preserving their language and culture.
